The easiest method for draining the vapor line is by authorizing the dispenser, turning on the pump, point the nozzle down and lift the lever slightly but do not flow fuel. Fuel Dispenser at gas station slows down in cold weather. which also threw me off. It has filters to deal with excess vapors and does not sputter when dispensing fuel. The reason it is pumping slow in the morning is because of the leak detector. Over night the line loses pressure because of the cold and non use.
